WATCH: A Disney Halloween

When we were kids, nothing put us in the Halloween spirit like A Disney Halloween.  It's an anthology of the spookiest Disney animations, and it was a sure fire way to feel like it was Halloween.  We had a VHS tape called "Disney's Halloween Haunts" which we also watched a lot, and it was a little different than this.  Anyway, wait till the sun goes down, get some caramel apples, and your favorite Halloween candy and treats, and sit back and enjoy a Disney Halloween.

Disney's 90-minute Halloween-themed TV special which first aired in October of 1983; it was played year after year on ABC and the Disney Channel until the late 1990s. The TV special uses segments from a very similar Disney special called "Disney's Halloween Treat", which was first aired in 1982 and continued to air for a similar time span as this one.
