Happy Autumn! Now, help me pick movies!

Happy Fall everybody! It’s the Autumn Equinox just happened about 90 minutes ago at 8:05 eastern time. This is the moment the sun crosses the celestial equator from north to south marking the official start to astronomical autumn in the northern hemisphere. Today nearly every place on earth experiences roughly equal hours of daylight and darkness.

It also remarkably FEELS like fall here in the Northeast, it was chilly all day today compared to what it has been and I just did a spooky cassette tape walk outside and with the moon waxing towards a full moon on Saturday and some light cloud cover it felt like halloween finally!

Hopefully this cool weather is being enjoyed by all our northeast friends, I know the king of halloween himself, Matt from Dinosaur Dracula has been dealing with some health issues related to a burst appendix. I want to wish him a speedy recovery because this is his season and I wouldn’t enjoy it as much without your participation in it every year!

That being said, on to the subject at hand. This GIANT dvd box set of all the classic Universal Monster Movies. NONE OF WHICH I have ever seen. (I know I’m a horrible film student and a person) I’m going to start watching these but I wanted your opinions on which ones I should watch. Should I just go in order? Should I watch the core ones and then move to others? Check out the list and let me know your favorites. After I watch one, I’m going to write about it here. I got this box set pretty cheap at Walmart, if you get one or have it, feel free to watch along with me! Knowing that a bunch of people are watching the same thing at the same time, it’ll feel like cable in the 80’s and 90’s.
