25 Days of Cereal Day 14: Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shreds
Today was a long day. Morning staff meeting at work, catching up after the morning staff meeting, then (since I work in TV) heading to the venue and getting ready for tonights show. I just got home, it’s cold and wet here in the north eat, and packing up equipment in cold rain is never fun.
BUT, it’s almost Christmas, about 10 days away! What fun things do you guys have planned? Squeezer and I have two more Christmas shows for you, plus I have another Youtube show almost ready to go (it’s been an epic edit session). Enchantress and I both have off the day after Christmas so we plan on drinking our faces off on Christmas Day! We’re hosting here at the Rad Lab and don’t have to drive anywhere, so why not, right?
Today’s cereal is Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shreds from General Mills. This was introduced along side Peanut Butter Chocolate Shreds, and only the PB/C ones remain. I’m assuming these were discontinued, in fact the only way I was able to find a box was by going to Ollies Bargain Outlet.
This cereal is pretty good, as I LOVE cinnamon toast crunch proper, and I’m a fan of shredded wheat, I guess it just wasn’t good enough for the masses.
Some milk on this, you get that hardy shredded wheat taste with a nice punch of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor. I’m sad this is gone but hopefully it makes a comeback some day.
